Catalina invites you to live in a quiet residential setting along Bellevue’s Kelsey Creek Greenbelt in an efficient studio, one or two bedroom apartment which are brand new. To better accommodate each resident the apartments are fully furnished and accessorized, including bedding, towels, linens, kitchen utensils and flat screen televisions. The following utilities and services are provided at no additional charge: cable television; high-speed internet connectivity; as well as heating and air conditioning, electricity, water and trash removal services.
